Kullanım Koşulları

VibeCam'i ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Uygulama CodExa tarafından sunulur. Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
1. Lisans
Size, Uygulamayı kendi cihazlarınızda kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriliriz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Fotoğraflarınız
Fotoğraflarınızın ve ürettiğiniz sonuçların hakları size aittir. Uygulama, işlemeyi cihazınızda yapar ve fotoğraflarınızı bize göndermez. Yalnızca hak sahibi olduğunuz veya kullanma izniniz bulunan fotoğrafları işlemelisiniz. Yapay zekâ stilleri fotoğrafınızı yeniden çizer; sonuç kaynak fotoğraftan farklı görünebilir.
3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı, taciz edici, aldatıcı ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek için kullanamazsınız. Başkalarının kimliğine bürünmek veya yanıltıcı sahte içerik üretmek yasaktır.
4. Abonelikler (VibeCam Pro)
- VibeCam Pro aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunar. Fiyatlar satın alma ekranında ve App Store'da bölgenize göre gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, geçerli dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır.
- Aboneliği iOS Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Mevcut dönem için kısmi iade yapılmaz; iade talepleri Apple'a yöneltilir.
- Pro; tüm görünümleri ve yapay zekâ stillerini, tam çözünürlükte dışa aktarmayı açar, filigranı ve reklamları kaldırır.
- Satın alımları geri yüklemek için Ayarlar'daki veya satın alma ekranındaki "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesini kullanın.
5. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilebilir. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası.
6. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Önemli fotoğraflarınızın yedeğini almanızı öneririz.
7. Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada duyurulur. Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.

By downloading or using VibeCam (the "App") you accept these terms. The App is provided by CodExa. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
2. Your photos
You keep the rights to your photos and to the results you create. The App processes them on your device and does not send them to us. Only process photos you own or have permission to use. AI styles repaint your photo, so the result may differ from the source.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to create unlawful, harassing or deceptive content or content that infringes others' rights. Impersonating others or producing misleading fake content is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions (VibeCam Pro)
- VibeCam Pro is offered as a monthly and a yearly auto-renewable subscription. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store for your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. No partial refund is given for the current period; refund requests go to Apple.
- Pro unlocks every look and AI style and full-resolution export, and removes the watermark and ads.
- To restore purchases use "Restore purchases" in Settings or on the purchase screen.
5. Advertising
The free version may show Google AdMob ads. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. We recommend backing up important photos.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
