Numbeats'i ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Uygulama CodExa tarafından sunulur. Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir.
1. Lisans
Size, Uygulamayı kendi cihazlarınızda kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Ritimleriniz
Oluşturduğunuz ritimlerin hakları size aittir; paylaşabilir ve yayınlayabilirsiniz. Uygulamanın yazılımı, ses motoru, adı ve görselleri CodExa'ya aittir. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek için kullanamazsınız.
3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı, taciz edici veya yanıltıcı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek ya da sistemi bozmak için kullanamazsınız.
4. Reklamlar ve ödüller
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob tam ekran reklamları gösterilebilir. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır; ödül reklam tamamlandığında verilir, nakit değeri yoktur ve zamanla değişebilir. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
5. Sağlık uyarısı
Uygulama hızlı değişen görseller ve ritimli titreşim içerir. Işığa duyarlıysanız hareket azaltma ve titreşimi kapatma ayarlarını kullanın. İşitme sağlığınız için sesi rahat bir seviyede tutun.
6. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada duyurulur. Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yasal tüketici haklarınız saklıdır.

By downloading or using Numbeats (the "App") you accept these terms. The App is provided by CodExa. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
2. Your beats
You keep the rights to the beats you create and may share and publish them. The App's software, sound engine, name and artwork remain CodExa's. You may not use the App to create content that infringes others' rights.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the App for unlawful, harassing or deceptive purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service.
4. Advertising and rewards
The free version may show Google AdMob full-screen ads. Rewarded ads are optional; the reward is granted when the ad completes, has no cash value and may change over time. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Health notice
The App contains fast-changing visuals and rhythmic vibration. If you are sensitive to light, use the reduce-motion and vibration-off settings. Keep the volume at a comfortable level to protect your hearing.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
