1. Oyun Veriniz Cihazınızda Kalır (Yerel Depolama)

Bulmaca ilerlemeniz, çözülen ada seviyeleri, bitirilmemiş oyun tahtaları ve ses/titreşim tercihleriniz yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (Room ve DataStore veritabanında) saklanır.

• Uygulama bir kullanıcı hesabı veya üyelik açılmasını zorunlu tutmaz.
• Harici bir oyun sunucusuna oyun ilerleme verisi yüklenmez veya profil oluşturulmaz.
• Uygulama ayarlarından "Yerel ilerlemeyi sıfırla" seçeneğini kullanarak tüm ilerlemenizi anında silebilirsiniz.

2. Reklamlar ve Kullanıcı Rızası (Google Mobile Ads & UMP)

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) altyapısını kullanır. Google reklam hizmetleri, reklam sunumu, sahtekarlık önleme ve ölçümleme amacıyla aşağıdaki teknik verileri işleyebilir:

• IP adresinden türetilen yaklaşık konum bilgisi
• Cihaz veya reklam kimlikleri (Google Advertising ID)
• Reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama verileri

Uygulama, Google'ın Kullanıcı Rızası Yönetim Platformu (UMP) tarafından izin verilmeden kişiselleştirilmiş reklam isteğinde bulunmaz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı (EEA), Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılar uygulama içi Ayarlar menüsünden "Reklam Gizlilik Tercihleri"ni diledikleri zaman değiştirebilirler.

Pro Sürüm: Tek seferlik Pro yükseltmesini satın alan kullanıcılar için tüm reklam istekleri kalıcı olarak devre dışı bırakılır.

3. Satın Alımlar ve Google Play Billing

Uygulama içi satın alımlar (tek seferlik kalıcı reklam kaldırma Pro) tamamen Google Play Store altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme ve fatura işlemlerini Google yürütür; kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgileriniz geliştiriciye asla iletilmez.

Uygulama, Pro durumunuzu doğrulamak ve geri yüklemek (Restore Purchases) için cihazda kriptografik olarak imzalanmış yerel bir makbuz önbelleği kullanır.

4. İletişim ve Destek

Bize e-posta (exaque2@gmail.com) yoluyla ulaştığınızda, e-posta adresiniz ve iletiniz yalnızca destek talebinize yanıt vermek amacıyla kullanılır. Destek yazışmalarınızın silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.

5. İzinler ve Güvenlik

Uygulama yalnızca temel işlevleri için gereken asgari izinleri kullanır:

• İnternet Erişimi: Reklam gösterimi ve Google Play satın alım doğrulaması için.
• Titreşim: Dokunma geri bildirimi (haptic feedback) için.

Uygulama; hassas konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon veya fotoğraf galerisi erişim izni istemez. Tüm ağ bağlantıları modern şifreli HTTPS/TLS protokolleriyle korunur.

6. Haklarınız ve Veri Talepleri

1. Your Game Stays on Your Device (Local Storage)

Puzzle progress, unlocked island levels, unfinished puzzle boards, and sound/haptic preferences are stored strictly on your local device (via Room and DataStore databases).

• No user account, email registration, or sign-in is required to enjoy the full game.
• We do not operate a backend analytics service to profile individual gameplay.
• You can clear all local progress at any time via Settings > "Reset local progress".

2. Advertising and Consent Choices (Google Mobile Ads & UMP)

The free version utilizes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google's advertising services may process technical information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention purposes, including:

• IP address-derived approximate location
• Device or advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID)
• Ad interaction events and diagnostics

The app requests advertisements only after Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent system permits. Players in applicable jurisdictions can review and change their choices via Settings > "Ad privacy choices" at any time.

Pro Upgrade: Purchasing the optional one-time Pro upgrade permanently disables all advertising network requests.

3. Purchases and Google Play Billing

All in-app purchases (such as permanent ad removal) are processed directly by Google Play. Google manages payment processing and transaction records; developer never receives or stores your credit card details.

The app uses signed purchase tokens to verify and restore your Pro status across your devices using the same Google Play account.

4. Support Communications

When you contact us by email (exaque2@gmail.com), your email address and message contents are used solely to resolve your inquiry. You may request deletion of support correspondence at any time.

5. Permissions and Security

The game requests only minimal device permissions strictly required for core functionality:

• Internet Access: Required for Google Play license/billing verification and ad serving.
• Vibrate: Optional haptic feedback during cell toggles.

The app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo gallery access. All network communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

6. Your Choices and Requests
