By downloading or using the "Çarpma Oyunu" (Multiplication Game) application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

CodExa (Erdinç Topal) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the App in any medium;
• In-app content modifications;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App in a manner that is inconsistent with its educational nature.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The App relies on third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. The main third-party service provider utilized in this App is Google LLC, via Google AdMob.

• AdMob collects certain data that is required to optimize and match ads according to your geographic region and device parameters. By using our App, you consent to this standard ad interaction.
• Users residing within the EEA or UK are prompted with a GDPR consent request upon launching the app for the first time.

4. In-App Purchases (Premium)

If you choose to purchase the 'Premium' upgrade to remove advertisements and unlock extra features, additional terms from the Google Play Store regarding payments, subscriptions, and billing cycles may apply.

5. Guarantee and Disclaimers

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". It comes without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this page. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the App after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
